Qualifications

• PhD in genetics, genomics, cancer biology, neuroscience or related discipline required.
• 5+ years research experience including grant writing; NIH experience desirable.
• Exceptional written communication skills for competitive grant applications and publications.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics and synthesize evidence for technical writing.
• Experience with multi-investigator and institutional grant applications preferred.
• Applied statistics background for genomic analyses.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and project management of individual and multi-investigator proposals.
• Provide grantsmanship advice, editorial support and standardized language for sections.
• Manage writing process with timelines and deliverables; coordinate team efforts.
• Draft, review and revise grants and scientific writing; edit manuscripts and related materials.
• Coordinate with Sponsored Research staff to ensure timely submissions; support lab colleagues.
