Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Director, Genetics to lead a clinical diagnostics genetics department in Alpharetta, GA. You will guide scientific integrity, operations, and strategic direction while ensuring compliance with CLIA and accrediting standards.

This role covers cytogenetics, molecular cytogenetics, oncology genetics, FISH, and advanced genetic testing technologies, directing staff development and adoption of new assays to drive growth and quality.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in Genetics is required.
• Completion of ABMG-approved training.
• Extensive clinical laboratory leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for the Genetics Department.
• Direct daily laboratory operations and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee patient report sign-out with Pathology team.
• Develop SOPs and QA documentation.
• Support growth through new genetic testing technologies.
