Qualifications

• BS/MS in molecular biology or related field with 2+ years in NGS workflows.
• Proficient in Illumina library prep for DNA and RNA.
• Hands-on Illumina sequencer operation and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with single-cell workflows (10x Genomics) preferred.
• Experience with QC methods for nucleic acids and libraries.
• Excellent documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality sequencing libraries for Illumina platforms.
• Operate and maintain Illumina sequencers and monitor runs.
• Support single-cell workflows (10x Genomics GEM-X and Flex).
• Perform QC of input material and libraries and assess data quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support NGS needs.
• Develop and optimize NGS protocols and scalable pipelines.
• Maintain ELN records for reproducibility and compliance.
