Responsibilities

• Design and perform genetic association analysis.

• Maintain cell lines and isolate primary cells for assays.
• Collaborate with informatics and computational scientists to integrate screening and functional genomic data.
• Perform detailed characterization and cellular mechanism studies of compounds.
• Conduct mouse genetic linkage analysis to define genes affecting genome instability.
• Design and execute research plans to meet project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and solve scientific problems independently.
• Train investigators in techniques related to small animal surgery, molecular biology, and vector construction.
• Assist in laboratory management and contribute to scientific literature.
