Qualifikationen

• Basic proficiency with standard office software (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn program-specific tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of budget tracking and financial reconciliation processes to monitor expenditures.
• Familiarity with University financial systems and procurement tools (BFS, BearBuy) at an intermediate level.
• General knowledge of sponsored research administration and reporting cycles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines across projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with PI labs and collaborating institutions.
• Interpersonal skills to work with multi-institution teams.
• Ability to work independently on recurring tasks with escalation when needed.
• Discretion and confidentiality regarding budget and pre-publication information.

Aufgaben

• Analyze progress and milestones; prepare programmatic and financial reporting materials.
• Provide findings to supervisor or IGI Academic Program Manager before distribution.
• Schedule and coordinate monthly/quarterly meetings and site visits across PI labs.
• Assess scheduling needs and resolve conflicts; identify impacts on timelines.
• Track expenditures against budgets; analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Process POs, invoices, reimbursements; maintain budget records.
• Maintain project records; monitor compliance (IRB/IACUC, onboarding).
• Conduct literature scans and synthesize findings relevant to program goals.
• Evaluate budget scenarios and present recommendations.
