Based in the US, you will collaborate with breeders, data scientists, and regulatory colleagues to move edited traits from discovery through breeding pipelines, shaping the future of crop improvement.

Qualificações

• Deep experience in genome editing, plant molecular biology, or related field.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading projects and delivering technology into practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and application of genome editing platforms (CRISPR and next-gen tools).
• Evaluate and manage external partners, including technology providers and academic collaborators.
• Move edited traits from discovery through breeding pipelines.
• Manage projects, timelines, and priorities across research and breeding teams.
• Partner with breeders, data scientists, and regulatory colleagues.
