Job Description

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to standardized recipes and production methods. Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service, storage, and daily quality control checks. Works at multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste, temperature, and presentation. Trains and orients selected staff on food production, safety, and sanitation practices. Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
