Responsibilities

• Main duties will involve hands-on laboratory work, including:
• Mouse colony management (scheduled feeding, breeding, genotyping, and general animal care)
• Protein detection assays (western blots and immunofluorescence)
• Molecular cloning
• Histology
• Tissue culture
• Essential to our lab's organization and operations, including:
• Maintaining clean and organized lab areas
• Managing ordering and supply inventories
• Creating and updating spreadsheets and other lab documents.
