Job summary

Promega Corporation, Madison, WI, seeks a Product Manager for Genetic Identity to oversee the full life cycle of forensic product lines. You will drive AI-enabled workflows, gather customer insights, and align product strategy with laboratory needs and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with R&D, Operations, QA/RA, and Commercial teams to balance innovation with feasibility, deliver on revenue targets, and train distributors on new products. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in a life sciences field; advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years in life sciences, diagnostics, or forensic/human identification markets; preferred in forensic DNA or crime lab settings.
• Proficiency with AI tools and workflow design for market research or literature synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled discovery and market intelligence to identify unmet needs in forensic and paternity testing.
• Own VoC methodology and translate input into product requirements for R&D and design.
• Drive full product life-cycle management from concept to post-launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
