An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Genetic Counselor to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will conduct genetic risk assessments and provide essential counseling to families regarding inherited disorders. Your expertise will contribute to patient recruitment for high-risk programs and facilitate research enrollment. The Genetic Counselor performs genetic risk assessments. Offers genetic counselling to individuals and families regarding inherited genetic disorders and risk management. Recruits patients for high risk assessment programs and facilitates appropriate research enrollment. Provides community outreach and participates in collaborative research projects, program meetings, and program development.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, hours worked between 8a - 6p, 8 1/2 hour work day. The scheduled start and end times require flexibility to meet the needs of the practice.
