Required Skills:

• Proven 15+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Strong background of 15+ years in designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in data quality, governance, and integration best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices

Job Description:

• Hands on Experience in implementing an enterprise Grade Platform on Genesys Cloud as Messaging platform.
• Designing custom workflows, Agent Interaction system using Genesys cloud with Messaging platform.
• Experience in implementing Omni channel design leveraging Genesys Cloud platform.
• Design & Integrate Consumer Application consuming the Genesys SaaS APIs.
• Large Scale design & Implementation of Micro Services model on Cloud platform (preferably Azure).
• Migration of Applications from Legacy to Genesys cloud platform
