Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of testing experience in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of engine functions and electricity (AC/DC).
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge; proficiency with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with computerized test equipment and data analysis.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of solving practical problems and adapting to changing technology.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Execute setup and preparation of generator sets for testing, including installation of fluids and connections.
• Conduct functional testing of generator set accessories and validate performance.
• Operate computerized test equipment to enter, retrieve, and analyze data with precise documentation.
• Communicate test preparation status and results to internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols.
