Job summary

PNM is seeking a GenAI Practice Coordinator to lead the growth of our Generative AI initiative. You will collaborate with business areas and technical groups to identify opportunities, translate AI insights into actionable strategies, and drive increased business value.

The role requires coordinating with governance committees, staying current on AI developments, and communicating recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology with strong Data Science/Data Analytics background; 3–5 years' experience.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), NLP and computer vision a plus.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL or Java.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Office 365 or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup and growth of the Generative AI practice across business and technical groups.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Generative AI models and algorithms for business problems.
• Provide guidance to teams on AI-related projects and tooling adoption.
• Collaborate to integrate AI solutions within Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Office 365.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for leadership on AI initiatives, opportunities, and challenges.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
