Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Generative AI (GenAI) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production-level AI deployments (beyond POCs) and expertise in reasoning models, search technologies, and AWS Bedrock. This role is critical in driving our AI capabilities forward by delivering scalable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models to meet specific project requirements.
2. Lead the implementation of GenAI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.
3. Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into various applications.
4. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
5. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to enhance our AI solutions.
6. Create detailed documentation for AI models and systems, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices in GenAI development.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
3. Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing AI projects in real-world settings.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
6. Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest).
7. Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS).
8. Experience with REST API libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Fast.
9. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
11. Familiarity with Design Patterns.
12. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
