Job summary

Innodata, a global data engineering company, is seeking Generative AI Specialists to join its SME on Demand program. This part-time, remote role lets writers, linguists, researchers, and language enthusiasts contribute to AI development on their own schedule.

You will help train and evaluate LLMs by labeling data, creating prompts, and generating training content while maintaining high-quality standards. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanities required. Advanced degrees strongly preferred (Master’s or PhD).
• Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English.

Responsibilities

• Rate and assess AI model performance using evaluative questions.
• Label and categorize content elements with predefined labels.
• Create prompts or questions for language model training.
• Rewrite text to improve clarity while preserving meaning and guidelines.
• Generate concise summaries of longer texts or data.
• Convert audio or speech to written text and translate languages.
• Provide data for training, evaluation, or fine-tuning of AI models.
• Review data to verify feature functionality per guidelines.
• Rank items or determine relevance based on assigned criteria.
• Generate and transform training data to improve dataset diversity.
