LA International is seeking an AI Consultant/Engineer for a 12-month contract with extensions, hybrid work with 2 days onsite weekly in London, Manchester, or Cardiff. Rate is £450–£550 per day via umbrella.

You will design, develop and deploy scalable Generative and Agentic AI solutions, build RAG-based applications, and lead AI engineering practices across delivery teams in a security-conscious enterprise environment.

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM deployments.
• Hands-on with Gemini and Open-Source LLM ecosystems.
• Strong Python development for enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI security basics.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build and optimise RAG-based applications using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI-powered APIs, microservices, and reusable components.
• Fine-tune and operationalise foundation models to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate use cases into tech solutions.
