Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science or related field.
• 3+ years building and deploying ML, NLP or Generative AI systems.
• Expert-level Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on with AI development tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps / IaC: GitHub Actions, Terraform/Bicep, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and build production-grade Generative AI and automation solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Lead full-cycle development: data prep, model fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, containerization, and secure cloud deployment.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for automated testing, monitoring, and rollback.
• Apply Responsible AI and compliance standards (NIST RMF, FedRAMP) throughout delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs; prototype with stakeholders.
• Contribute to Azumo’s innovation roadmap by identifying topics and publishing insights.
