Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of deep learning techniques for vision and/or multimodal systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and in using frameworks like PyTorch.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training systems.
  • Ability to iterate quickly on model performance.
  • Solid software engineering skills to build reliable systems.
  • Ability to own ambiguous, high-impact technical problems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy large-scale generative models.
  • Improve robot perception and world modeling.
  • Create synthetic data and scale datasets for robot learning.
  • Explore techniques in generative modeling and multimodal systems.
  • Optimize training pipelines across distributed systems.
  • Integrate generative models into the autonomy stack.
  • Evaluate model quality and generalization in real-world scenarios.
  • Contribute to scalable experimentation frameworks.
