Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with coding experience.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools for creative production.
• Experience in production environments like film and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end generative workflows using AI tools.
• Translate creative direction into parameterized systems.
• Build tools to make complex workflows usable for non-engineers.

Skills

Strong engineering background (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Deep hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows

Experience building or customizing pipelines in tools like ComfyUI

Strong understanding of how to control and guide generative outputs

Ability to take ideas from concept through production-ready systems

Comfort working across APIs, scripts, and UI-based tools

Strong creative instincts in composition, motion, or storytelling

Experience working in production environments

Hands-on experience with modern generative tools (Kling, Veo, Seedance, etc.)

Familiarity with node-based or graph-based creative systems

Experience with GPU workflows or inference optimization

Background in VFX, motion design, or technical art

Experience building internal tools or creative tooling

Ability to evaluate outputs critically and iterate toward quality
