Job summary

Glider AI is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions using LLMs and cloud tech. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI applications for business use cases.

You will fine-tune models, build automation, and contribute to best practices while ensuring security and responsible AI development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of ML, DL, and NLP.
• Experience with LLMs and model fine-tuning.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience across AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI applications.
• Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for business use cases.
• Develop Generative AI apps for text/code/document intelligence and automation.
• Create reusable frameworks and automation assets to boost productivity.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across applications and databases.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Support POCs and evaluate new AI technologies.
• Ensure reliable, secure, production-ready deployments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
• Promote responsible AI with fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.
