Now Hiring: GenAI Engineer (Remote – US-Based Only)

Are you a hands-on GenAI expert ready to build next-gen infrastructure with real-world impact? We’re hiring a Generative AI Engineer to create a greenfield research and production system that directly supports front-office investment strategies at one of the most dynamic multi-strategy hedge funds in the world. This is your chance to take cutting-edge ideas from research papers to production—fast.

What You’ll Do:

Build a GenAI-native infrastructure from scratch—no legacy code.
Work directly with a Portfolio Manager deeply engaged in LLMs.
Design chunking/embedding pipelines and serve RAG/hybrid-search APIs.
Test, tune, and ship SOTA models using Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector DBs (e.g., Weaviate, PGVector).
Operate in AWS GPU environments using Docker, EKS, and Batch.
Establish feedback loops with investment professionals for continuous iteration.
Monitor performance, drift, latency, and user acceptance metrics.

You Should Have:

2+ years of experience.
A track record of building and shipping actual products—not just papers.
Experience with LLM orchestration tools and vector databases.
A metrics-driven, experimental mindset and strong communication skills.
OSS contributions or research in NLP, multimodal, or IR fields.
Familiarity with AWS DevOps tools (Helm, CDK, Terraform, etc.).
An interest in markets or macro trends (finance experience not required).

Offering Total compensation package up to $500,000.

Location: Fully remote within the United States. Preference for candidates open to East or West Coast time zone overlap.
