Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking a junior AI engineer to help build Generative AI applications using Python. You will integrate LLMs into business workflows, develop RAG-based solutions, and work with embeddings and vector databases.

You’ll collaborate with software engineers and data scientists, evaluate model outputs for quality, and document experiments and prompts to drive iterative improvement.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of AI, ML, or software development experience.
• Fundamental understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI applications using Python.
