Artifintech is seeking a seasoned Python software engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and voice-enabled applications in a scalable backend. You will work on multi-turn conversational workflows, context management, and memory, delivering robust agent orchestration with LangChain and LLMs.

The role emphasizes STT/TTS integration, RAG pipelines, enterprise data retrieval, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development.
• Experience in Conversational AI and Voice AI agent development.
• Experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
• Proficiency with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agent orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with RAG, vector search, and cloud-based architectures (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications.

Build scalable backend applications using Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and asynchronous programming.

Develop multi-turn conversational AI workflows with context management, memory, tool calling, and human handoff capabilities.

Implement AI agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop voice AI solutions integrating Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.

Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge retrieval pipelines.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and contact center platforms.

Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven backend architectures.

Develop and deploy scalable cloud applications using AWS services and serverless architecture.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment environments.

Integrate relational, NoSQL, and vector databases for data storage and AI-powered retrieval.

Implement AI guardrails, security controls, error handling, and responsible AI practices.

Develop automated unit, integration, performance, and conversational regression tests.

Configure CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and application delivery.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, cloud architects, and enterprise technology teams to deliver AI automation solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development expertise.
