System One is seeking a Generative AI Developer to design and optimize AI-powered applications in an onsite environment across multiple U.S. locations including Birmingham, AL. You will leverage Python, LLM APIs, and AWS to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience in enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications or AI-enabled software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Generative AI applications and services using Python.
• Build functionality with LLMs and Generative AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Develop and support AI solutions within an AWS-based environment.
• Work with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and Generative AI development patterns.
• Develop APIs and back-end services for AI model interactions.
• Contribute across the SDLC: requirements, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for enterprise apps.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues during development.
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver AI capabilities.
• Follow established development, security, testing, and deployment standards.
• Stay current with Generative AI technologies and apply them to business problems.
