Job summary

Capgemini in Houston, TX is seeking an early-career, client-facing Data Scientist for an onsite role. You will develop AI-powered solutions, support AI agent workflows, and contribute to predictive and generative modeling efforts across the Energy & Utilities sector.

You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, LangChain, and a suite of ML tools to deliver RAG-based applications, data prep, and MLOps activities, while engaging with clients through workshops and solution discussions in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, DS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python programming and ML fundamentals are required.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and RAG concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered solutions, analytics, and automation.
• Build RAG-based applications and support AI agent workflows.
• Collaborate on predictive and generative modeling efforts.
• Assist with data prep, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Engage with clients through workshops and solution discussions.
• Create reusable assets, demos, and accelerators.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP, and ML to large datasets.
• Visualize and report data findings with dynamic reports.
