Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior AI engineer to design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art models. You will build AI applications leveraging RAG architectures, prompt engineering and vector databases, with production-grade deployment.

A strong background in data & analytics and 12+ years IT experience is required. You will evaluate emerging AI technologies and align solutions with business objectives while collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Data & Analytics.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI model development and deployment.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments at scale.
• Strong expertise in Python or another modern programming language.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks, architectures, and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art models and frameworks.
• Build and optimize AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Implement machine learning algorithms, software architectures, and scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve products and services.
