Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks an Applied ML and Generative Lead to design, build, and run production-grade ML and GenAI services, setting scalable engineering standards while staying close to code and architecture.

You will partner with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders, leading multi-team initiatives and ensuring security, stability, and operational rigor in production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of applied AI/ML engineering experience with production models.
• Proficient in Python and OpenAI API integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership by designing, developing, deploying ML/LLM/GenAI solutions from concept to production.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Mentor engineers, drive code reviews, and build MLOps capabilities for deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
