Job summary

Welo Data is seeking a German-speaking Generative AI Analyst for a remote, Germany-based project. This freelance role focuses on reviewing and annotating AI-generated content across multilingual, multimodal data. It offers project-based work with flexible scheduling and global collaboration.

You will ensure data quality, follow detailed guidelines, and contribute to calibration and improvement of annotation workflows, while supporting the development of high-quality AI datasets.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in German (Germany).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.
• Experience working with multilingual, multimedia, or AI-related content is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated content across text, images, audio, and video.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to development of high-quality datasets used to train advanced AI models.
• Participate in calibration and quality alignment activities.
• Provide feedback to help improve workflows and annotation guidelines.
