Job summary

Air Products seeks a Site Supervisor for Generated Gases in the Southern Washington/Oregon region to oversee five generated gas facilities, lead daily operations, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires supervising plant activities, coordinating maintenance, and driving projects while collaborating with regional teams.

The candidate should have strong leadership, safety discipline, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with experience in similar industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in process technology or maintenance preferred, or 2+ years in manufacturing/production, processing or chemical/petrochemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety performance and compliance with Basic Safety Process and process safety management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise daily plant activities, and drive plant projects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot plant processes and mechanical issues.
• Manage 24/7 on-call response to alarms and shutdowns; implement corrective/preventive measures within budget.
• Collaborate with OSC, asset manager, regional maintenance manager, tech support, and site managers.
