Job summary

Imprezia is hiring a generalist engineer to own important systems end-to-end, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You will ship features quickly with broad ownership and a focus on outcomes, even if ad tech experience isn’t required.

We operate as a small team with high standards, direct communication, and fast execution. You will be expected to own whole problems, not just assigned tickets, and drive impactful results in our growing AI-ad infrastructure.

Imprezia is building the ads infra for the first 1 billion AI users.

Besides cars and perhaps cellphones, the only products to reach over 1B+ users are funded with ads. Imprezia is bringing efficient, relevant ad infra to fund the billions of users yet to come to AI. Traditional ad systems were designed for webpages, search results, and social feeds, not conversations, copilots, and autonomous agents.

Imprezia funds AI applications with advertising demand and makes it possible to serve native ads inside AI experiences. We are already live with consumer AI and search products, processing real traffic and generating revenue. Our ambition is to build the exchange, delivery infrastructure that powers advertising across the AI ecosystem.

We are scaling rapidly and are hiring a generalist engineer who can take ownership of important systems and ship them end to end.

What you will build

• Publisher SDKs and APIs used by AI applications
• High-throughput, low-latency ad-serving systems
• Auction, targeting, pacing, billing, and reporting infrastructure
• Internal tools for operating campaigns and publisher integrations
• Native ad experiences that feel appropriate inside AI products
• Security, fraud prevention, observability, and production reliability
• New products that may begin as a customer request on Monday and be running in production by EOD.

What we are looking for

A high-agency generalist who ships quickly, learns fast, and owns outcomes. You can move across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product without waiting for a perfect specification. Ad tech experience is not required.
