Alignerr is seeking Generalists for AI Training to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of topics and formats—ensuring AI is accurate, clear, and genuinely useful.

This is a remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours and a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. You will work independently, provide actionable feedback, and help shape how AI communicates with the world.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content across a diverse range of topics — from science and culture to technology, everyday life, and beyond
• Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and overall quality
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback on AI responses
• Flag content that is misleading, inaccurate, or below quality standards
• Complete task-based assignments independently, following detailed project guidelines
• Maintain consistency and high standards across all evaluations

Who You Are
