Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at our Leominster distribution center to help keep stores stocked and orders moving during the busy holiday season.

You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, labeling, inventory checks, and shipments, while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and the role offers flexible scheduling and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
• Reliability and flexibility during peak holiday periods.
• Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
• RF scanner or forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming merchandise.
• Picking and packing products for our store locations.
• Fulfilling online customer orders.
• Tagging, labeling, and ticketing merchandise.
• Verifying inventory accuracy and product quality.
• Restocking pick locations throughout the facility.
• Preparing shipments for delivery to stores.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Working across multiple warehouse functions through cross-training opportunities.
• Supporting additional operational needs as assigned by Distribution Center leadership.
