Job summary

Zund America Inc. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a General Warehouse Representative to support inventory accuracy and efficient operations. You will handle outbound shipments, labeling and stocking, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires forklift certification, a minimum of 3 years in warehouse/logistics, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a growth‑oriented position within a cutting‑edge global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification.

• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments of consumables, service items, and stock machines.
• Prepare products, spare parts, returned items, and other shipments with packaging and labeling procedures.
• Ensure shipments are dispatched with correct service levels and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Warehouse Manager of low or critical stock.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
• Load and unload freight trucks as needed.
• Pick and ship items for Sales Operations for new machine installs and upgrades.
• Process and ship materials for Technical Sales Support.
• Arrange transportation for warehouse related shipments.
• Generate shipping documents and schedule freight pick-ups.
• Monitor logistics performance and notify of performance concerns.
• Ensure accurate handling put-away notes for returned/restocked items.
• Receive incoming stock, match with PO, and process goods receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Summary/Objective

The General Warehouse Representative serves as a member of the warehouse team and plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and visibility of stock and machine assets. The ideal candidate brings both hands‑on warehouse experience and strong organizational, communication and technical skills.

What you would do:

• Process outbound shipments of consumables, service items, and stock machines.
• Prepare products, spare parts, returned items, and other shipments using established packaging and labeling procedures (boxing, bundling, wrapping, crating, strapping, etc.).
• Ensure shipments are dispatched with appropriate service levels and correct documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Warehouse Manager of low or critical stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
• Load and unload freight trucks as needed.
• Pick and ship items for Sales Operations for new machine installs and upgrades.
