Job summary

Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS), part of Cherokee Federal, is hiring a General Warehouse Clerk for gatekeeping and records processing in a government-contractor setting. You will prepare documents for scanning, operate imaging equipment, and maintain secure records in a production environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a government clearance, and the ability to pass background checks. CNDS emphasizes compliance, efficiency, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, production, records management, clerical, or data entry experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using scanning or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background investigation, drug screening, physical abilities assessment, and credit review.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

• Meet established production and quality standards while following security and confidentiality procedures.

General Warehouse Clerk

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret clearance to be considered.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of citizenship and be able to provide documentation to meet contract requirements.

Supports warehouse and records management operations by processing physical records, preparing documents for scanning, operating imaging equipment, maintaining file inventory, and ensuring accurate document handling in a secure production environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for General Warehouse Clerk:

Pay commensurate with experience.
