Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking General Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Breinigsville, PA. The role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets onto a sorter, and cart building for loading trucks.

This is a physically demanding position with 10-hour shifts and heavy lifting, requiring familiarity with warehouse environments and RF scanner use. Shifts run Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am; Friday to Sunday 5am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers directly onto sorter/conveyor system.
• Break down pallets onto sorter.
• Assist team members as required.
• Participate in process improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support and maintain quality, health and safety standards, policies and work instructions.
• All other duties as assigned.

General Warehouse Associate - Up to $17.50
Schedules: Monday-Thursday 5am to 3:30pm or 4pm to 2:30am; Friday to Sunday 5am to 5:30pm

We are currently seeking General Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Breinigsville, PA. This position will consist of unloading trucks, breaking down pallets onto a sorter, and cart building for loading trucks. This is a physically demanding position which will require heavy lifting at a fast pace for 10 hour shifts. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will be familiar with distribution and warehouse environments, able to work independently or as part of a team, and able to use an RF scanner.

Job duties/responsibilities

• Safety break down pallets onto sorter
• Unload trailers directly onto sorter/conveyor system
• Provide assistance to team members as required
• Participate in process improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions.
• All other duties as assigned
