Job Description

Your Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise in accordance with departmental and Neiman Marcus standards. While you will receive training in a specific department, you will also be cross-trained and expected to work across multiple areas as needed, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the Department Supervisor.

Physical Demands

Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts. Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts (up to 12 hours) with scheduled breaks. Depending on the work area, stair usage may be required.

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
