Job Description

Your Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise in accordance with departmental and Neiman Marcus standards. While you will receive training in a specific department, you will also be cross-trained and expected to work across multiple areas as needed, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the Department Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

• Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work across multiple warehouse functions, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on business needs.
• Ensure all merchandise handling and processing aligns with Neiman Marcus standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available for overtime during peak business periods as required.

Physical Demands

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
