Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable warehouse associate / production tender in Cranbury, NJ to support short-term mandates with flexible hours and weekly pay. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and high reliability.

You will tend and load materials into simple machines, sort and count stock, perform general warehouse tasks, conduct basic quality checks, and follow on-site supervisor directions for each mandate. The role is on-site with daytime shifts.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities

• Tending: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement (e.g., using hand carts).
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Dress code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
