General Warehouse Associate - Monday-Thursday 2nd Shift

Job Description: The primary role of the Picker/Packer is to perform production tasks such as picking materials, verifying accuracy, and packing. Success is measured by maintaining or exceeding the standard orders per hour (OPH) and efficiency goals to meet client demands.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders from designated slots.
• Package merchandise appropriately.
• Send packages to the shipping line.
• Replenish products for the PTL machine for the next shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report errors or issues to team leaders.
• Follow best practices and training guides.
• Cross-train in other department areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Remove dunnage from inbound loads manually.
• Document loads with photos using a company-issued tablet.
• Restack pallets as needed.
• Inspect pallet quality.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap as needed.
• Record pallet movements in an Excel spreadsheet.

Pay Rate: $18.25/hr plus $1.50 shift differential.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM.
