The primary responsibilities of the Picker/Packer include picking materials, verifying accuracy before packing, and maintaining efficiency to meet or exceed client standards. Success is measured by surpassing the standard orders per hour (OPH) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Pick the order from the designated slot.
• Place merchandise into the box.
• Send the packed order to the shipping line.
• Replenish products for the PTL machine for the next shift.
• Organize, tidy, and clean the work area and equipment.
• Report errors or issues to team leaders.
• Follow best practices and training guides.
• Cross-train in other departmental areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads.
• Document loads with pictures using a company-issued tablet.
• Restack pallets manually as needed.
• Inspect pallet quality.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap as needed.
• Record pallet movements in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
Schedule: Weekday 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
