Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate in the Waterloo, IA area. The role involves receiving, registering, and organizing inbound shipments, picking and packing for dispatch, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You’ll work with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery. The position requires proven warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift and move goods.

• Pick and pack goods for dispatch, maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and participate in additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless accuracy.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods and contribute to our ambitious operational goals.
• Assist site management to comply strictly with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records impeccably.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, adhering to our proven standards of quality and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating your dedication and determination.
• Successfully implement other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Pay Range: - $15.00 - $19.59

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
