Coleto Brands is excited to share opportunities at our Jefferson, GA location (Progress Lighting) for multiple General Warehouse Associate positions. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

We're hiring for two shifts:

A Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed.

B Shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
  • Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Participate in team/safety meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Certification is Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • 1-2 years experience in distribution or warehouse setting
  • Ability to shifting operational priorities and business needs
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
