Job Details

• Location: Groveport, OH 43125
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm with overtime as needed
• Type: Full Time Non-Exempt
• Wage: Starts at $18.50

Must-haves to Apply

• 18+ years of age
• Able to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk, move, push, and pull product throughout the day
• Willingness to train to operate forklifts, electric pallet jack or similar equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in multiple departments within a distribution center
• Experience operating material handling equipment
• Ability to understand written material

Job Summary

Works across multiple departments such as case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operates material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks
• Verify incoming products for quantity and quality
• Pick items for customer orders using packing list information
• Inspect stock items for wear and defects, notify management of issues
• Return misplaced products to proper storage
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform inventory control functions as needed

Work Environment

• Typically in a comfortable environment but with exposure to factors like temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements
• No travel required

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
