Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment, Buffalo, NY, is hiring a full-time General Warehouse Associate. You will pick/pack orders, ship, receive inventory and stock items with safety as a top priority.

Applicants should pass a non-DOT drug screen, have strong organizational skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with forklifts, RF scanners, AS400, and basic computer use is valued. Competitive benefits offered.

• Experience with warehouse equipment: forklifts, electric pallet trucks, elevated work platforms, manual pallet jacks (preferred).
• Experience with handheld devices: RF scanners, palm devices, tablets (preferred).
• Basic computer skills; AS400 experience a plus.

GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the industrial safety, Fire, and EMS distribution business, is looking for a full‑time General Warehouse Associate with a “whatever it takes” attitude. The main responsibilities are to pick/pack orders and deliver to our customers accurately and efficiently, with safety a priority.

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Always focus on safety – safety training and direction must be adhered to.
• Perform various warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving inventory, and putting stock away.
• Prepare and submit all daily paperwork in a timely manner as required.
• Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
• Report any existing or potential safety concerns to management.
• Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
