Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at the Sierra Distribution Center in Ashville, Ohio is seeking a General Warehouse Associate. The position starts at $17.50 to $20.00 per hour with A, B, and C shifts and additional pay based on production level.

You’ll be part of a team that values diversity, safety, and opportunity for growth in a dynamic off-price retail environment. Expect to engage in count, sort, packing, receiving and ticketing tasks, with manual material handling up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.
• Pack or unpack merchandise.
• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

General Warehouse Associate

This position has a starting pay range of $17.50 to $20.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Shift Schedules

• A Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• B Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
• C Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm - 3:30 am

Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.
