Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking responsible individuals for their distribution center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Candidates must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. Responsibilities include sorting merchandise, matching receipts, and packing items. The role requires physical capability for manual handling tasks. Responsibilities

• Count, select, and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Label merchandise with gum labels or ticketing equipment.
• Pack or unpack merchandise and prepare boxes for shipping.
• Seal boxes when packing is completed.
• Perform manual material handling of items up to 20 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. commonly, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Shift Schedule and Pay

• Shift A – Days, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Shift B – Weekends, Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Shift C – Evenings, Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime may be required to meet business demands.

Base pay: $18.00 per hour. Shift differentials: $1.00 per hour for Shift C and $1.75 per hour for Shift B. Additional incentive pay may be earned based on production level.
