Job summary

OC Cabinetry is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Arizona. The role involves loading and unloading, assembling cabinets, and occasional local deliveries. The schedule runs Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–6pm, with paid sick time per Arizona law and at-will employment.

Experience is not strictly required; we’re looking for someone eager to learn and coachable, with the ability to lift heavy items and operate basic shop tools. Direct deposit payroll is standard.

Job Description

OC Cabinetry is looking to add a little help on the warehouse side of our operation. The schedule will be full time per our business hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

This is a good starter job in the industry. We're looking for someone that is willing to learn and is easy to coach.

Compensation

You will be compensated at a rate of $16.00 per hour, payable in accordance with the Company's payroll practices and subject to applicable withholdings.

Payroll Schedule

The Company operates on a semi-monthly payroll schedule, with pay periods ending on

the 1st and 15th of each month.

• Payroll is processed on these dates.
• Direct deposit is the standard method of payment.
• Funds are typically received on or around the 5th and 20th of each month,
• If a scheduled pay date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment will be processed on the preceding business day.
• Employees are responsible for ensuring their direct deposit information is accurate and up to date.

Job Duties

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lifting products to load, unload, prepare, stage, and/or organize in the warehouse.

Meal and Rest Breaks

• 30 minutes to 1 hour lunch break. Must clock out during break and clock back in after.
• All time worked must be accurately recorded.

Earned Paid Sick Time

• Employees accrue earned paid sick time in accordance with Arizona law at a rate of one (1) hour for every thirty (30) hours worked.
• Use of accrued sick time will be restricted until the 90th day of employment.
• Employees may use up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of earned paid sick time per year, in accordance with applicable law.
• Unused accrued sick time will carry over to the following year as required by law; however, total use of sick time is limited to twenty-four (24) hours per year.
• The Company may limit the total accrual of sick time to the maximum amount permitted under Arizona law.

At-Will Employment

Your employment with Ko's Trading, LLC dba OC Cabinetry is at-will, meaning that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
