Job summary

Westaff is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, Indiana to join a small warehouse team supporting a construction supply distributor. You will move palletized materials, load trucks, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The position offers a first-shift schedule (6:00 AM–3:00 PM), a temp-to-hire path, and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour. Ideal for candidates with active, hands-on work style and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience required.
• Experience operating EPJ / Walkie Rider or similar equipment preferred.
• Forklift experience is NOT required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.

Responsibilities
