Job summary

The ideal candidate is an energetic individual, a team player, and can provide services necessary for the efficient operation of Ameraflex. This is an in‑person position located in Deer Park, Texas, with operating hours of M‑F, 8 AM‑5 PM. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities – Including But Not Limited To

• General shop work, cleaning and sweeping
• Material handling; Receiving and Distribution duties
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Organization of press tooling and components
• Operate different press and flash cut machines
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe manner
• Assist in other areas where needed in the shop

Essential Skills, Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse experience in receiving & distribution required. Resume must include history of receiving & distribution duties to be considered for this position.
• Ability to stand, sit and/or constantly move for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., sometimes more
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to communicate orally and in writing
• Must be able to follow written and oral directions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be dependable and consistent in attendance
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must have a good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work with other personnel effectively and respond to questions from managers
