Job description

General Virtual Assistant Full time PH (with VoIP experience) full time

• Offload daily administrative tasks (email, calendar, calls)

• Stay on top of appointments/meetings

• Free up time and mental bandwidth for leadership and business responsibilities

Top Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

  • Email Management (filter multiple accounts, highlight important messages, respond/take action when appropriate)
  • Calendar & Scheduling (set reminders, schedule/confirm appointments, ensure smooth daily workflow)
  • Phone Call Handling/Outreach (route calls, take messages, place outbound calls, attend/assist meetings virtually by taking notes)
  • File management and sorting client information

Educational Background:

  • Prefers someone with Business related course background

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

• Solid organizational & time management skills

• Able to work on a graveyard shift

• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)

• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained

Software Tools and Websites Required:

  • Gmail/Yahoo (email)
  • Google Calendar/WhatsApp for communication
  • Potentially Google Voice or other VoIP solutions for call forwarding (e.g. Grasshopper)

Schedule:

  • Monday & Thursday:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Tools / Platforms:
